International Orders
We ship worldwide through trusted international courier partners.
International Shipping Details
For all international orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹3,000 per kilogram will be charged initially at checkout.
In 1 kg, we can usually include 7–10 jewelry pieces (depending on the design, height & weight).
If your package exceeds 1 kg or any additional shipping charges arise after order processing, our team will contact the customer via WhatsApp or email with the updated shipping invoice. The order will be dispatched only after the additional payment, if any, has been successfully paid/completed by the customer.
We kindly request customers to provide an active WhatsApp number and email address for smooth communication regarding international shipments.

Please note that international shipping charges may vary depending on:

Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will reach out to you for an alternative address.
Important Information
- Please record an unboxing video while opening your package.
- This is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
- Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacement or refund requests.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and proper packaging.
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
Exchanges or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
- Missing item in package
If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video
- Clear product images
- Order details
Once verified:
- A replacement will be arranged, or
- A refund will be processed if replacement is unavailable
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Claims Will Not Be Accepted If
- Unboxing video is unavailable
- Request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Product appears used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
- Minor color variations occur due to lighting or screen settings
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used jewellery
- Customized or made-to-order products
- International orders (unless severely damaged during transit)
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is significantly damaged during transit.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
